DiSC® Personal Profile System
The DiSC assessment provides an in-depth perspective of behavioural and communication “style” tendencies. This allows people to better understand themselves and others and to work more effectively individually and in teams. This assessment takes on average 15 to 20 minutes to complete. The results are very detailed. The DiSC concept was originally created by Dr. William Marston at Columbia University. It was then researched and updated by Dr. John Gier at the University of Minnesota. The DiSC model has helped over 40 million people in 20+ languages over the last 30 years.

Assessments
The following assessments are currently available via email and “paper version”, and will soon be available as online tests. There are also workshop, training and coaching opportunities for all assessments listed below.
Note: A 360 assessment process is available for tests 1 – 4 (see list below) for clients with The Art of Excellence and will soon be accessed through the “member’s” section of this website. We have designed it this way in order to preserve the integrity of the 360 process (to be used as a coaching and goals setting tool and not a “weapon”) and to support the coaching and de-briefing process for all who have the 360 done.

The Leader’s Code of Excellence
This assessment allows you to explore the level of leadership you aspire to. Based on Sylvie’s book, the Leader’s Code of Excellence, this assessment will allow you to understand as well as assess the criteria required to Excellent Leadership. | Personal and Professional Integrity
What distinguishes a person with personal and professional integrity? How do you “measure up” to that definition and/or standard of behaviour and how can that enhance your positive job and life experience? How people see you is definitely important is defining integrity, however, how well we “live with ourselves and/or sleep at night”, the internal “knowing” of our behaviour matching what we believe in and/or aspire to will be the greatest measure of our own sense of integrity. Integrity builds self-confidence and self-esteem. The “secret” promises we make to ourselves have as much (and often times more) power on our integrity than the promises we make to others. Why? Because only we know how often we tell ourselves the truth, show up in a way we are pleased and/or satisfied with and how many promises we have been able to “secretly” keep or break “to ourselves”.
