An executive coach is a sounding board, a creative and professional thinking partner that has a proven track record as a valuable tool for leadership. An executive consultant provides resources, information, expertise and insights on the executive and management situations you are facing. Combining Executive Coaching and Consultation is of the greatest benefit for you. These sessions can be offered face to face or over the telephone, with an individual leader or with a management team.

The Coaching Process
When you begin…
You and your coach will explore your goals and make them achievable while building the relationship needed to succeed. You will feel the excitement of having the first step and/or a workable plan of action as well as the confidence and clear understanding of the resources you will need to access in order to succeed!
During the process…
You will celebrate successes with your coach, move past obstacles and have new insights into yourself and your life as you achieve your set goals. You will feel the satisfaction of getting results and you will have the benefit of ongoing support, acknowledgement, feedback and challenge that allows you to move forward.
When you reach your goals…
You will have the results and confidence you need to move forward on your own and a trusted partner in change should you ever want to access coaching in the future! You lead the process and know exactly what you need and how to access it as needed!
What You Should Expect of Yourself…
- You need to be invested and committed to your goals. Some goals may take as little as a few sessions to achieve, others take years. If you commit to your set goals, you will get there, one step, one action at a time.
- You will set time aside for scheduled telephone-based coaching calls of 30 to 60 minutes every 1 to 4 weeks. You will discuss your scheduling preferences with your coach and be respectful to what works best for you.
- You will develop an action plan at the end of every coaching call. You will need to be committed to follow up and follow through on your plan, every step of the way!
- Immediate results – coaching is intended to keep you moving forward with each and every call. You can expect to see things moving forward and continuing to do so throughout the process. If it isn’t, that needs to be the first topic you bring to the coaching conversation so that obstacles can be moved through and you can continue to move towards your goals.
- Be ready to feel empowered, inspired, take flight and get results!
